IMPORTANT UPDATES FROM BENTLEY CYCLE INC ON COVID-19

We trust that everyone is doing their part in social distancing, following travel guidelines, staying home if feeling ill, practicing good hygiene including frequent hand washing, wearing PPE,  and all the other advice as set out by Alberta Health Services.

We are receiving bikes weekly and our e-comm store is accurate with available models, sizes, and colors. We are seeing extreme shortages of all things bicycle including bikes, parts and accessories. We are seeing ETA dates bump further into late fall and even 2022. Please shop online before coming to the retail store.

Face Masks are required as set out by the Alberta Government or within close contact of staff, bicycle service consultations, bicycle viewings, and bicycle demos.

Bicycle Service and Bicycle Demos will REQUIRE an Appointment (or Curbside drop off time).

Recumbent trike viewing and demos will require an Appointment for all of 2021/2022.

For Online orders we are offering free curbside pickup of accessories and parts, free curbside pickup of over size items and bicycles, or we are offering free delivery to Red Deer, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, Rimbey, Blackfalds, and Ponoka (or at stores discretion within the local area) on bicycle orders over $250. ETA 1 to 4 business days to process order depending on volume of orders. We will message to arrange delivery and curbside pickup with you.


We do not do any trade ins or used bicycles or trikes.
